The method is quite simple. It is only necessary every 20-25 minutes to tear his eyes away from the monitor - to looking at the distance of 5-6 meters, slowly blink 20 times. "The watch strategy" tentatively called "20-20-20" (that is, three approaches per hour) has been proposed as an answer to the question of the syndrome of computer eye fatigue, which had become something of an epidemic, because a lot of people spend the computers of 8 hours per day, sometimes more.
Among the most common problems - dry and tired eyes, headaches, neck pain and joint pain, and in fact all of this - the computer fatigue syndrome and its symptoms. Scientists remind: if you spend at the computer more than three hours a day, do not ignore the gym and in general - do not forget to regularly visit an ophthalmologist.
